DESCRIPTION:
This tour will begin in beautiful Whitefish, Montana. Near the western gates of Glacier National Park, Whitefish, is a sleepy mountain and lake community. As you pedal east you'll encounter rugged mountains and dense forest. Dropping down from mountains will lead towards the North Fork of the Flathead River. Be sure to make a stop at the Polebridge Mercantile and Bakery, their huckleberry bear claws are something special.

Enjoy a night on the westside of Glacier National Park. Know as the Crown of the Continent, Glacier is a magical place with the most spectacular views. The turn-of-the-century Swiss style lodges provide visitors an inviting setting to enjoy a post-ride beverage. You may also enjoy the frigid waters of Lake McDonald after a long day in the saddle.

Headed south from Glacier you will follow a network of country roads on your way to the Seeley Swan Valley. Traveling towards Missoula between the Mission Wilderness and the Swan Range the route will follow along the legendary Great Divide Mountain Bike Trail. The tour will conclude in Missoula where local cuisine, music, and a plethora of beer awaits.
