Northern Pacific Coast Highway - Van Supported
Point your bike south and let the van carry your gear down the iconic Pacific Coast Highway. Enjoy two weeks of rugged coastline, rain forest covered trails, mountain top views, and seaside campsites.

DESCRIPTION:
Beginning in Bellingham, WA this tour will head down the coast following Adventure Cycling Association’s iconic Pacific Coast Bicycle Route. Take in the island life and enjoy a short ferry ride across the sound to Port Townsend where you’ll cruise the Discovery Trail on the northern shore of the Olympic Peninsula. Over a few days of pedaling through Olympic National Park we will trade the salt water for the rainforest and mountains.
As you travel through the lush forests the Pacific Ocean will occasionally greet you on your driveside. Beginning in Astoria plan on the coastal vibe for the rest of the tour. Unique surf and beach communities like Rockaway Beach and Newport are sure to have something for everyone! This stretch of 101 will display the quintessential rock formations that the Oregon coast is known for.
The group will arrive in Florence and say goodbye to the coast as we shuttle east towards Eugene. Eugene, a known hippy town that is home to the University of Oregon will surely be a great place to spend your last night on this Northern Pacific Coast Tour.
