Rail Trails: Washington and Idaho

Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington boast some of the Rails-to-Trails conservacy's greatest trails. Enjoy a week of pedaling along peaceful rivers, through old rail tunnels, and over trestle bridges all while being immersed in the beauty of the great Northwest on this Inn to Inn tour.  
DESCRIPTION:

Meet your group in Spokane, Washington and enjoy getting to know each over dinner and an evening prepping for the week ahead. The next morning set out for Couer d'Alene along the Centenial bike path. An evening in this beautiful lake town will leave you ready to explore more of northern Idaho. 

The next two days you'll enjoy the famous Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes in its entirety. This trail courses through an area full of rich history and spectacular scenery. Be sure to keep an eye out for some local moose! 

Our fourth and last day of biking will be on the Route of the Hiawatha, a trail all cyclists should experience at least once. A casual downhill ride along the old Milwaukee road over bridges and through tunnels will not disappoint. Our last day of tour we will set the bikes aside and enjoy a scenic raft trip along the Coeur d'Alene river before heading back to Spokane for our last night together.
